This time it is the turn of Wine Embassy who organised a barrel room dinner in our winery!
The event will take place on Friday 27th October from 20:00 onwards.
6 of our wines, including whites, rosés and reds, will accompany the chef's dishes Massimo Sella. It will be a proper wine tasting!

Rosa dei Berici (Tai Rosso sparkling wine) & Don Mario (Garganega sparkling wine)
Sourdough focaccia with pumpkin and porcini mushrooms, savoury choux pastry filled with primo sale pastry cream and caramelised onion

Mountain vegetable strudel with homemade ricotta cheese
Creorosso 2015 (Tai Rosso)
Lasagne with tastasale and radicchio, with pecorino foam
Roan 2015 (Cabernet F. & Malbec)
Slow-cooked pork cheek with mountain herbs, old-apple mostarda, sweet and sour green beans
Rosso Del Buielo 2011 (Cabernet S., Merlot, Cabernet F., Petit Verdot)
Crispy honey wafer, soft chocolate and mascarpone cream, Isabella grapes
