Passo a Due closing night
A month ago I told you that I was a guest at opening night of Passo a Due.
Passo a Due is a contemporary art exhibition organised inside the Atelier L’Idea by M.Luisa Amatori, in which I presented our white passito Nu.Evo.
Saturday was the turn of our red passito wine Vi.Vi.Mi., which I had the opportunity to let visitors taste during the closing night of Passo a Due.
The most wonderful thing about the Passo a Due closing evening is the encounter that takes place between two art forms: that of wine and that of the artist's works.
Tasting my wine amid so much beauty offers a journey through flavours, aromas and creativity because qWhen wine meets art, all the senses rejoice.
Incredible synergies are created, synergies that man cannot do without.
What happened at the PASSO A DUE closing party was pure magic.
For this I want to thank Numa Contemporary and Christian Manuel Zanon for his wonderful works, to be admired while holding a good glass of my Vi.Vi.Mi.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Atelier L’Idea by M. Luisa Amatori for the welcome we received in her magnificent venue.
And finally, I cannot fail to thank Dragana Milošević for Vicentian wines for giving us at Le Pignole the opportunity to talk about our wine.
At the closing event of the Passo a due I presented Vi.Vi.Mi.
I like to define our passito Vi.Vi.Mi. as a “meditation wine”. This is because it transmits emotions for those who drink it and can be enjoyed at the end of a meal instead of a liqueur.
A treat? It's excellent with dark chocolate or, for those who like it, with a cigar.
The Vi.Vi.Mi passito is a passito made from Tai Rosso 100%, the typical indigenous grape variety of our Colli Berici.
Vi.Vi.Mi. spent a month drying under controlled temperature and humidity, was pressed and placed in an oak barrel where it spent 11 months. Afterwards, it was fermented dry and for this reason it has a very low residual sugar content.
