Our white wines are a perfect blend of flavours, aromas and traditions.
Produced from our hillside grapes, they fully capture the characteristics of the spectacular land where our winery was founded.
In this article we are going to discover our white wines in more detail.
As we have already mentioned, here at the Le Pignole winery we like to remember that we produce every single one of our wines with care and attention.
IIn fact, my family and I personally take care of every step in producing our wines, including our white wines. We start with the manual harvesting of the grapes right through to bottling.
A bottle of our white wines always pleases everyone, and with summer just around the corner, there's always room for a nice glass in good company!
Our still white wines are made from Garganega grapes and, before being bottled, they only see stainless steel.
Solara
Our Solara is a white wine with a soft, full-bodied flavour. On the nose, fruity notes and aromas of white flowers stand out.
How to style it? It is ideal with starters, fish dishes and white meats.
Sisara
Sisara, on the other hand, is a straw-yellow white wine with a soft, round palate and good minerality. Fruity notes and the aroma of white flowers also stand out in this case.
How to style it?
It is an excellent accompaniment to starters, soft cheeses, soups and fish-based dishes.
