Colour: Intense ruby red with garnet highlights.
Perfume Broad and complex, with notes of ripe red berries, sweet spices, white pepper, flint, tobacco, leather and liquorice.
Taste Structured, balanced and enveloping, with hints of cherry, almond, black plum, chocolate, toffee and sweet spices. Long, elegant and persistent finish.
Alcohol by volume: 14 % vol.

Serving temperature: 18°C
Grape variety: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Winemaking: Destemming and crushing of the grapes using the 30% machine, cold maceration (5–6 °C) for 3–4 days, fermentation for 15–20 days at a controlled temperature of 16–17 °C, and post-fermentation maceration for 10 days.
Maturation: After the third racking, the wine is aged in French oak barriques and tonneaux (20–30% new oak) for 18–24 months, followed by at least 12 months in stainless steel and a further period of bottle ageing of at least 12 months before release.

Rosso del Buielo is born from the selection of the best grapes from the Le Pignole vineyards in the Berici Hills. The union of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot gives life to a wine of great personality, aged for a long time in French oak and left to mature slowly in the bottle, respecting the rhythms of nature.
