Le Pignole by Boracchi Serena: our sparkling wines
Given the arrival of the warm weather and the fine season (for the time being), today we would like to begin presenting our wines starting precisely with our sparkling wines.
As we have already mentioned, we at the Le Pignole di Boracchi Serena winery carefully and attentively produce every one of our wines, taking charge firsthand of all the steps, which range from the manual harvesting of the grapes to the bottling.
Speaking of sparkling wines, all our bottles are produced in pressurised tanks, with Marinotti method.
The Rosa dei Berici
The Rosa dei Berici is certainly our flagship sparkling wine. Its distinctive feature is that it is an extra dry rosé wine made from Tai Rosso grapes.
Its harmonious, fresh and fruity flavour is ideal for accompanying starters and first courses. A must-try with seafood!
Father Mario
Don Mario, on the other hand, is our Brut sparkling wine made from Garganega grapes.
Its fresh and lively taste is great for an aperitif or throughout a meal. It pairs perfectly with fish dishes.
Il Fureghin
Last but not least, we would like to present our Fureghin, an extra dry sparkling red wine made from T grapesAI Red, Merlot and Cabernet.
Its lively flavour and pleasant acidity make it dangerously moreish with aperitifs, starters, cured meats and cheeses.
